Havok 4 ... not!

I logged in this morning and saw my Woodbridge sim was Havok 4. Got a message saying it was going down for maintenance in a few minutes. Came back and saw that the sim was downgraded to regular SL server. I’m guessing we’ll be seeing a lot of upgrade/downgrades over the next few weeks?
